Pack the item in original condition and ship it to the designated address.
Return Conditions
a) Unused Items
- Must be in original, unused condition (free from dirt, dust, or odors).
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
b) Used Items
Used products may only be returned if they exhibit a verified manufacturing defect. All such returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Canceled orders are subject to a 5% processing fee.
- Pre-Orders: Cancellations receive a 95% refund. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Funds will be issued to your original payment method.
